Paula and I were allowed the opportunity to participate in the Team Coaching Program through the Institute for Excellence in Health and Social Systems at the University of New Hampshire. This well established program is led by Marjorie M. Godfrey, PhD, MS, BSN, FAAN.  The program included virtual and in-person training over a 5-6 month period on the microsystems method of quality improvement. During the training, we each coached a new team to identify and meet specific improvement aims. Paula is a huge asset to her team and now will be reaching out to help others in her country of Argentina. Congratulations on this accomplishment Paula!
