The purpose of this visit to Mendoza, Argentina, was to present the IMTI program to three LMIC Trainee teams who are transitioning to LMIC Coach team status: Hospital Garrahan (PEDS) from Buenos Aires, Hospital Notti (PEDS) from Mendoza, and Lagomaggiore Hospital (ADULT) from Mendoza. Each team came with their core members. Three UAB IMTI team members, Hector Gutierrez, Cathy Mims, and Staci Self, provided the training on the following IMTI topics:

• Program Overview
• Partnering with Your Trainee Team
• Bidirectional Benchmarking Visits
• Leadership, Logistics and Remote Learning
• Data Management--Registry and Genia
• Progress Reporting

Each team is advancing on their functioning as a strong team and cementing the skills to coach other teams. Each center has identified teams from several Argentina provinces with a high potential for success in delivering multidisciplinary CF care. We look forward to seeing the results of their efforts to continue to improving outcomes for all people with CF in Argentina.
